Date at David's Tea House

I won 600 worth of GC for David's Tea House on a #foodiemeetup game by +Zomato at Hiyas, Kapitolyo. My dhie and I decided to use to the GCs to have a dinner date after work and I haven't had Chinese food in months.  We went to David's Tea House A. Venue branch which is in Makati City.

We already knew what we were about to order; thanks to recommendations from Foody Haven. We also ordered Yang chow. Yang chow is the combination of shrimp, scallions, egg, vegetables and fried rice. This dish is good for 3 people, but for the two of us, this is just enough.

For my dhie, he wanted to try the lemon chicken. Lemon Chicken is the deep fried chicken sauced in sweet lemon juice that gives off a tangy taste. Because of my love for seafood, I ordered two of my favorite dimsum: Shrimp Siomai and Shark's Fin Dumpling.

For drinks, we enjoy a nice cold mango shake but the consequence my cough got worse (teehee!) Too bad we couldn't get to order dessert and I would like to try their other dishes like their shrimp balls or their congees :) You can check their other dishes in their menu here.
